Samantha is a registered psychologist with a warm, empathetic and collaborative approach to therapy, using evidence-based therapies including CBT, ACT, DBT, Schema Therapy and the Gottman Method Couples Therapy.

Samm has experience working with individuals in all stages of life in her individual therapy sessions. She supports clients experiencing anxiety, low mood, relationship difficulties, feeling stuck or overwhelmed in life or career, women’s health, Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD) and Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD), among other presentations. Samm has completed Level 2 Training in Gottman Method Couples Therapy and uses the Gottman Method Couples Therapy in her work.
